Bubbakoo’s Burritos—a Jersey Shore-based eatery that touts Mexican food fused with American funkiness—is set to open a new location in Parsippany, New Jersey. The new restaurant will be located at 3079 Route 46 in Parsippany, and is slated to open April of 2018.

The new Bubbakoo’s location will be owned and operated by Sherry Arora, Vijay Kumar and Ashesh Shah, who ultimately plan to open at least three locations in the area over the next two years.

“Before becoming a Bubbakoo’s franchise owner, I was a loyal customer,” Arora says. “We chose to grow with Bubbakooo’s because we love the distinctive laid-back culture, customizable menu options and one-of-a-kind burrito experience. With our amazing team and the brand’s genuine hospitality they insist on from every employee and franchisee, I know the Parsippany community will love it.”

No strangers to franchising, Arora, Kumar and Shah formerly operated a Saladworks franchise. Standing as serial entrepreneurs, the three now own and operate several restaurants, bars, gas stations and an automotive retail store throughout the Central and Northern New Jersey area.

“We wanted to expand our business portfolio, but most importantly, we wanted to do it with a fast-casual restaurant concept,” says Arora. “We believe in Bubbakoo’s’ culture and atmosphere, and are committed to providing high-quality services.”

Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers the usual fast-casual burrito fare such as burritos, bowls, tacos, salad, nachos and quesadillas, but with 16 different protein options—including fried chicken, barbecue pork, Buffalo shrimp and grilled steak, as well as some more unusual flavors such as ghost pepper chicken and sriracha pork. Vegetarian options include a bean-cheese-guacamole combo and batter-fried jalapeños. And, originals such as The Chiwawa, a cheese-smothered, panko-crusted fried rice ball, keeps Bubbakoo’s faithfuls coming back.

Beyond the menu, Bubbakoo’s offers an environment like no other, with décor reflecting the eatery’s Shore roots, inviting guests to enjoy a host of regional beachside designs, and unmatched service standards that truly make the restaurants feel like home.

“As we continue to expand our presence in New Jersey, it’s critical to find the right franchise partners who are passionate about the brand,” says Bubbakoo’s co-founder Paul Altero. “This is why we couldn’t be more excited about welcoming Sherry, Vijay and Ashesh to the team. Sherry, Vijay and Ashesh are all hardworking individuals who share the same values as we do and both will be instrumental to expanding the brand in New Jersey.”

To that end, Bubbakoo’s is slated to open two additional locations throughout New Jersey by Summer 2018.
