FCH Enterprises, parent company of Zippy’s Restaurants and other companies, announced that it has hired Gina Marcoff as vice president of education and development.

“Gina has an impressive and extensive background in developing training programs for various restaurant chains,” says Paul Yokota, president of FCH Enterprises. “Her expertise in training and development provides Zippy’s with a strong foundation for expansion to Las Vegas as well as continued growth in Hawaii, with a focus on upholding our high standards of quality and service.”

Marcoff brings more than 20 years of training and development experience to the Zippy’s team. Marcoff has served as vice president of training and development at Pei Wei Asian Diner, a fast casual chain with more than 200 locations nationwide, and at Outback Steakhouses, where she deployed a multi-media training program for more than 75,000 team members across 880 locations. At Zippy’s, Marcoff will lead a team of training professionals to further develop the skills and processes of the workforce to ensure that the brand can successfully enter new markets.
