Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, has reached a milestone by opening its 35th location in Frisco, Texas, according to Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek president.

“We think our ‘slow and steady’ growth is a good model for success in the fast-casual sector,’ Vojnovic says. “We’ve come a long way with Little Greek locations now in five states. The Chicago-area market is next on the radar with openings planned for 2018.”

The Frisco owner/operators are Miroslava and Ali Rafique. The managing partner is Oscar Solorzano.

According to Vojnovic, Frisco is Little Greek’s 7th location in the Dallas metroplex area. The other locations are in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Dallas, Plano, and Richardson.

Little Greek Fresh Grill has built a reputation for exceptional food quality and emphasizes fresh, healthy Greek dishes created from generations of traditional family recipes, including Greek salads topped with grilled chicken and traditional Gyro pitas. Most locations offer dine-in, take-out and catering.

“The Greek/Mediterranean restaurant segment continues to explode,” Vojnovic adds. “People are seeking a healthy dining alternative at an affordable price, and Little Greek Fresh Grill fills that void.”

Tampa-based Little Greek Fresh Grill currently has 35 locations in Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas. For more information, go to littlegreekfreshgrill.com.
