Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh made Mediterranean dishes, announced Thursday the launch of two new Moroccan-inspired menu items, including a new piadina flatbread sandwich and a chef’s featured dinner. These new menu items are a part of Zoës’ continued focus on culinary innovation and commitment to including flavors that represent all 21 countries of the Mediterranean.
Zoës guests can now enjoy these Moroccan-inspired dishes:
New Moroccan Chicken Piadina: Grilled Italian flatbread sandwich with seasoned Moroccan chicken, zesty Harissa sauce and Zoës signature Marinated Slaw.
New Moroccan Citrus Chicken Plate: Zesty pan roasted half chicken seasoned with bright Mediterranean herbs and spices. Served over a bed of Turmeric Rice with the guests’ choice of a side and a sauce. This dish is available after 5 p.m. in limited quantities.
The Moroccan chicken can also be ordered in the Moroccan Citrus Roasted Chicken Mediterranean Family Dinner that launched earlier this spring. The Mediterranean Family Dinners provide convenience at a great value and are available in two sizes (small serves 3-5 and includes two sides; large serves 4-6 and includes two sides, Greek Salad and Hummus & Pita).
