Torchy’s Tacos, a fast-casual restaurant concept that serves innovative inspired tacos in a unique dining environment, announced the addition of two key executives: Ryan Moore as its chief financial officer and Joel Ross as chief operations officer, effective immediately.
“I am excited that both Ryan and Joel are joining the team and looking forward to having their ideal combination of skills, knowledge, and experience in place as we execute our strategy for long-term growth,” CEO G.J. Hart says.
Moore recently served as vice present of finance for Taco Bell where he led financial planning and analysis, operations finance, business planning, marketing analysis, strategic planning, capital planning, fund accounting and auditing, and executive level reporting. He was an integral member of the finance team at Taco Bell for over 10 years.
Ross most recently served as president of Ultra Steak Inc. since 2012, where he was responsible for the management and operations for Texas Roadhouse and Little Caesars franchises in multiple states, as well as the owner and developer of Aspen Creek Grill, overseeing all expansion, marketing, design and development, human resources, legal, real estate and purchasing. Before, he spent more than 15 years in operations at Texas Roadhouse.
Torchy’s Tacos operates more than 50 locations throughout Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
