Starting this week in June, NYC’s elevated fast-casual destination for customizable stir-fries + greens, honeygrow is debuting three new seasonal summer items nationwide. honeygrow is the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh and healthy food everyone is craving this time of year, with convenient NYC-area locations in Downtown Brooklyn (194 Joralemon St) and Hoboken (120 Washington St). A full list of honeygrow locations can be found here.

The new, seasonal Chesapeake Crab Stir Fry features honeygrow’s freshly-made egg white noodles stir-fried with blue crab, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, scallions, parsley in an Old Bay-spiced tomato broth – the epitome of summer. Also new to the menu is the Highland Summer Salad, a custom blend created by the team at honeygrow’s East Liberty location in Pittsburgh. The salad is a mix of baby spinach, organic spring mix, grape tomatoes, roasted corn, watermelon, red onion, sweet n’ spicy cashews with ginger balsamic dressing.

Both of these new seasonal dishes will be served in honeygrow’s original stir-fry containers (nod to honegrow’s mission to nourish creativity). The beautiful containers feature custom artwork from Philadelphia street artist, Amberella (only for stir-fry dishes). honeygrow will engage a different local artist in each of their markets – including New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh and several smaller markets – to bring a fresh design to the boxes several times throughout the year.

If you’re in the mood to celebrate summer with a healthy, yet sweet treat, honeygrow’s Summer Berry Honeybar offers the best of summer fruit options, including blueberries, strawberries, local plain yogurt, peaches with mint, lemon whipped cream, amaretti cookie crumbles and local blueberry honey.
