Piada Italian Street Food, one of the nation’s fastest growing fast casual Italian chains, announced a test phase of a new “Breakfast for Lunch” menu.

Breakfast for Lunch will be available for four weekends only from June 16 to July 15 at two Columbus locations, where the chain is headquartered. The test menu will be served 10:45 a.m. to 2 p.m on Saturdays and Sundays during the test phase, and expansion of the menu will be determined after the testing phase concludes.

The Breakfast for Lunch menu will feature eggs, pancetta, red quinoa, tomatoes, arugula and parmesan in a cravable bowl or wrapped up in a Piada. Piada has plenty of ingredients for guests to personalize their bowl or Piada, as well.

Piada continues to push the envelope on what it means to be fast casual—and Italian. With 42 locations in seven states, Piada is succeeding in a fast casual segment.
