Your Pie’s newest seasonal Craft Series pie puts an innovative twist on a Southern favorite. Its latest offering, the BBQ Mac ‘N Cheese Pie, will be available in participating stores from August 15 through October 3.
The pie will feature a base of white BBQ sauce, topped with three-cheese macaroni, chicken and bacon, then finished with garlic, black pepper and a house BBQ drizzle. Like all Your Pie pizzas, the BBQ Mac ‘N Cheese Pie is made with hand-tossed dough and baked to order in a brick oven, per Italian tradition.
“Our team had a lot of fun creating a pizza that felt both nostalgic and innovative,” says Your Pie Founder and President Drew French. “The BBQ Mac ‘N Cheese Pie ups the ante on familiar favorites, with housemade sauces and our signature brick oven cooking process. The Craft Series has been a seasonal feature of the Your Pie menu since the brand’s inception in 2008 and today features five flavorful and seasonally focused pizzas each year. The Craft Series has featured popular creations like the Chicken and Waffle Pie, a sweet-and-savory take on the brunch classic; the Loaded Baked Potato Pie, a spin on a traditional fall comfort food; and most recently, the return of the fan-favorite Peach Prosciutto Pie, featuring fresh peaches, prosciutto and a honey balsamic glaze.
