Fast casual stir-fry and salad destination, honeygrow, is teaming up this fall with beloved New York City bagel shop, Black Seed, to debut a special noodle bowl inspired by Black Seed’s classic, most popular bagel sandwich with all of the fixings.

Created by honeygrow founder Justin Rosenberg and Black Seed’s executive chef, Dianna Daoheung, the Black Seed Bagels + honeygrow Collab ($14.50) channels a New York City breakfast staple, and is made with honeygrow’s freshly made egg white noodles (crafted in partnership with Sun Noodle), smoked salmon and organic baby spinach tossed in housemade three-herb pesto (parsley, basil, dill), topped with Black Seed everything bagel croutons, Black Seed everything bagel spice, red onion, fried capers, watermelon radish, fresh dill and tobiko.

Born and raised in New York, Justin grew up eating and appreciating a good bagel and lox sandwich. As a kid, he enjoyed traveling with his grandfather to pick up lox at places like Acme in Greenpoint, and then bagels at Bagel Oasis in Fresh Meadows, while debating who had the best bialys and platz between Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. He’s excited to debut a unique take on one of his favorite sandwiches with Black Seed.

The collaboration dish will be available starting Monday, September 24 (until October 24) via the honeygrow + minigrow app at honeygrow’s Downtown Brooklyn (194 Joralemon St.) and Hoboken (120 Washington St.) locations.
