Back by popular demand, Culver’s Pretzel Haus Pub Burger returns to the menu now through November 18, or while supplies last.

Culver’s latest TV commercial spotlights this sandwich and features a visit between Culver’s cofounder Craig Culver and the bun’s master baker, Tom Posanski.

Posanski explains why his bakery’s bun is the perfect premium addition to the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger: It’s soft, slightly sweet, and the perfect amount of chewy.

People are increasingly interested in premium and unique options when they dine out—buns included. Culver’s embraced this trend by playing on the nostalgic pairing of pretzels and cheese when it created the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger.

Beneath the bun, there’s a slice of real Wisconsin cheddar cheese and Culver’s signature Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce layered with fresh, never frozen Midwest beef and crispy bacon. It’s all topped off with house-pickled onions and a tangy mustard Bistro Sauce.

“The burger is a tasty twist on two famously American comfort foods: pretzels and cheese,” says Julie Fussner, vice president of marketing at Culver’s. “It was a big favorite earlier this year, and our restaurants couldn’t be more excited to bring it back for more people to fall in love with.”
