Kneaders Bakery and Cafe, an authentic European scratch-casual restaurant and bakery headquartered in Orem, Utah, announced that veteran industry executive Nate Duvall has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.
Duvall’s previous role as Chief Restaurant Officer at Four Foods Group allowed him to work closely with multiple Brand Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors of Restaurant Management, as well as restaurant-level managers, contributing to the overall growth and success of the brand. Duvall’s past experience includes the Regional Director position at Abundant Brands, an American Fork, Utah privately-held company operating in the restaurant sector.
As Chief Operating Officer for Kneaders Bakery and Cafe, Duvall will assist the brands Regional Directors and District Managers, along with their management teams, to ensure operational excellence and provide ongoing management training to enhance administrative and reporting processes. “I am looking forward to being part of the Kneaders family and I am committed to continuing the mission of delighting customers through an operational lens,” says Duvall.
Duvall will be key to furthering the development of inventory systems, efficient scheduling procedures, and profitability structure alongside leadership coaching and development. Additionally, he will assist in building Kneaders’ hiring and on-boarding systems to grow the organization. Duvall will also contribute to cultivating financial strength, enhancing efficiencies and store compliance and ensuring consistency across the brand in all operational capacities.
