MGH, a full-service agency specializing in restaurant and food service marketing, announced it has been named to Ad Age’s 2019 Best Places to Work list.

The Ad Age list featured workplaces across a myriad of industries, including marketing, ad tech and media. MGH’s selection places it among the top 25 small-to-mid-sized agencies (1-200 employees). The honor was based on employee and employer surveys and is judged by Ad Age editors.

“Agency life is demanding, and as our restaurant clients continue to adapt to rapid shifts in consumer behavior, these demands will only multiply,” says MGH Co-Founder and CEO Andy Malis. “That’s why our aim has always been to foster an environment where employees love to come to work, while also producing the best results. It’s one of the core principles on which the company was founded and part of the reason many employees and clients have been with us for more than a decade.”

“We’ve given employees the opportunity to help shape the way the company operates, like flexible schedules to accommodate child care,” Malis adds. “It’s this type of forward-thinking from the agency as a collective, not just executives, that has made this company a ‘best’ place to work. Because of that, we’re so thankful for each and every person who is part of the MGH family.”

Based in Baltimore, MGH is an integrated marketing and communications agency offering advertising, public relations, media planning/buying, creative design and production, interactive (design, strategy, development and marketing), market research, direct response, relationship marketing and social media marketing that specializes in restaurant and food service marketing. MGH was selected to the Ad Age 2019 Best Places to Work list.

Current MGH clients include Round Table Pizza, Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Marble Slab Creamery, Pretzelmaker and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls. Previous restaurant clients include Papa John’s Pizza, Marco’s Pizza, The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and California Tortilla.
