Your Pie’s newest seasonal Craft Series pie is made to satisfy sandwich and pizza lovers everywhere. Its latest creation, the Double Bacon BLT Pie, will be available in participating stores from March 20 through June 5.
The pie will feature a base of ranch-style marinara, topped with mozzarella and bacon, then finished with romaine, grape tomatoes and a house ranch drizzle. Like all Your Pie pizzas, the Double Bacon BLT is made with hand-tossed dough and baked in a brick oven, per Italian tradition.
“This pie took the top prize at our 2018 Craft Pie Cook-off at our annual Franchise Fest event, earning a coveted spot on our Craft Series menu,” says Your Pie Founder and President Drew French. “The team did a great job integrating what everyone loves about a classic BLT into a delicious, handcrafted pizza featuring our house marinara and signature ranch dressing. We are excited for customers to experience the new, limited-time addition.”
The Craft Series has been a seasonal feature of the Your Pie menu since the brand’s inception in 2008 and now features five flavorful and seasonally focused pizzas each year. The Craft Series has featured popular creations like the Chicken and Waffle Pie, a sweet-and-savory take on the brunch classic; the Loaded Baked Potato Pie, a spin on a traditional comfort food; and fan-favorite Peach Prosciutto Pie, featuring fresh peaches, prosciutto and a honey balsamic glaze.
