Tender Greens, the California-born fast casual concept will open the doors to its second New York City location in Bryant Park in May. This will be the restaurant’s newest addition in the Big Apple, joining its Union Square outpost. Led by CEO Denyelle Bruno, Tender Greens includes 30 locations across three states (California, New York and Massachusetts), and plans to double its restaurant footprint with new locations in the pipeline, including Boston and New York, as well as new markets beyond their current geographical footprint.

Backed by Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group, Tender Greens uses only the freshest ingredients, and keeps quality and community at its core. Thinking local first, Tender Greens serves seasonal and responsibly-sourced food to improve the way people eat every day in a casual atmosphere that won’t cost a fortune.

Perfect for diners looking for a quick bite and for office-goers nearby, Tender Greens Bryant Park will also offer a new and convenient grab-and-go market area called, Good To Go. Customers looking to save time can also order and pay ahead through the Tender Greens mobile app, which allows customers to earn reward points. For dining, the 2,600-square foot Bryant Park location will seat up to 35 people, and will include booth and table seating. Catering will additionally be available at the location, offering its menu of new and classic plates, sandwiches, and salads for any occasion or gathering.
