City Barbeque has introduced four new limited-time offerings just in time for the start of barbeque season. From now through the end of August, guests can enjoy the joint’s new Jacked Mac and three returning fan favorites: Burnt Ends, Double-Smoked Brisket Taqos, and Southwest Slaw.

Available at participating locations, City Barbeque’s scratch-made Jacked Mac is overflowing with Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses and baked until golden; guests can add house-smoked bacon or brisket to their Jacked Mac to take it truly over the top. “We went through so many combinations of cheeses to get this one just right, and we’ve nailed it,” says Brian Hipsher, VP of Marketing at City Barbeque. “We think our guests are really going to love it.” Jacked Mac is available as a side ($2.99, add bacon or brisket for $1) or as an entrée ($6.99, add bacon or brisket for $1).

City Barbeque’s Burnt Ends—rich, indulgent, double-smoked cubes of brisket with a sweet glaze and a little char—are smoked in small batches and historically sell out each day. Burnt Ends are served by the half-pound over Texas toast, accompanied by a couple of the joint’s famous pickles, and available at participating locations ($11.99).

Double-Smoked Brisket Taqos feature City Barbeque’s national award–winning brisket, smoked twice, served in grilled flour tortillas, topped with house-made Southwest Slaw, and accompanied by a freshly charred jalapeño and house-pickled red onions. Taqos come three to a serving and are available at participating City Barbeque locations (pricing varies by location).

Southwest Slaw will also join the sides menu as a fresh, healthy option for the season. Available at participating locations, this house-made slaw features superfood greens, sweet corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, and hand-diced jalapeño in a cilantro lime vinaigrette. Guests can order Southwest Slaw as a 90-calorie side ($2.79) or pick up a pint or quart for picnics and parties all summer long.
