CRISP & GREEN, a Minnesota-based fast casual concept, announced today that it will be opening up its sixth location this summer on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. The restaurant will take over the previous D’Amico restaurant, and be owned and operated by the company’s second franchise partner, Blake Graves. Construction on the St. Paul site will begin in the next couple of weeks.

“I am incredibly excited to bring CRISP & GREEN to the St. Paul community,” says Graves. “It feels like the perfect scenario to open my first location where my University of St. Thomas roots began, in the city of St. Paul. Up until now, St. Paul has been asking, ‘Where is my CRISP & GREEN store?’ but don’t worry, we saw your Instagram comments and heard your requests—we are headed your way.”

Just a few weeks ago, the first franchisee of CRISP & GREEN, former NBA player Kris Humphries, broke ground on his second location opening in Maple Grove this Summer. Both of these announcements come on the heels of the company’s news that it sold out the state of Minnesota just months after announcing its franchise program. CEO and Founder, Steele Smiley, is looking forward to addressing the demand for the brand across Minnesota, and breaking into the market of St. Paul.

“The historic Grand Avenue area is a vibrant and exciting community to enter into,” says Smiley. “We are excited to add another location where a new community of residents and employees can feel great about their eating choices, in addition to enjoying our fitness and wellness resources that are offered complimentary.”

The Grand Avenue site will be located at 975 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105. Graves will continue to build several stores in 2019, along with Humphries, and updates about new locations and developments will be posted to CRISP & GREEN’s social media platforms.
