On Wednesday, May 29, Olo Founder & CEO Noah Glass will be honored at a special dinner event for his contributions to Share Our Strength, an organization working to end hunger and poverty, and its campaign No Kid Hungry. New York City’s Night Out for No Kid Hungry, presented by Citi, is an exclusive multi-course event to benefit No Kid Hungry‘s work to end childhood hunger in America. Thomas Pastuszak of The NoMad, and Dustin Wilson of Verve Wine will also be honored.

Glass was appointed to the Share Our Strength’s Board of Directors in 2017, and has played an integral role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring effective leadership and accountability, monitoring transparency, and increasing the organization’s impact and reach.

“It is an extraordinary honor to be recognized at this year’s New York City’s Night Out for No Kid Hungry,” Glass says. “The team and my fellow volunteers at Share Our Strength work tirelessly on this most noble cause, and I look forward to a day where we can say childhood hunger no longer exists.”

New York City’s Night Out for No Kid Hungry is a star-studded event that will feature nationally renowned guest chefs, all united for a cause: making sure all children in this country have the healthy food they need, every day. All proceeds from the event support No Kid Hungry’s work to end childhood hunger across the country and in New York.

One in six children in this country will face hunger this year, including one in five kids in New York. No Kid Hungry is ending childhood hunger in this nation by ensuring that kids have the food they need to grow up healthy and strong. Since the campaign’s launch, No Kid Hungry and its partners have connected kids living with hunger with more than one billion additional meals.

In 2018, the Night Out for No Kid Hungry raised enough to help feed children in need more than five million healthy meals. Local beneficiaries include City Harvest, Hunger Solutions New York, Hunger Free America, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Food Bank for New York City, Academy for College Prep and Career Exploration, Copiague Union Free SD, Yonkers City School District, Hunter-Tannersville Central SD Coxsackie-Athens Central SD, Community Food Advocates, and Amityville UFSD.
