PINCHO announced its 11th location, which is set to open its doors in Doral, Florida, on Monday, July 29. Conveniently located in the heart of Doral, the new location is situated at 9690 NW 41st St.

To celebrate, PINCHO is hosting a Grand Opening and fundraising event on Thursday, August 1 with a ribbon cutting at 11:30 a.m., which Doral Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez will be attending. As a brand that’s rooted in culture, PINCHO is partnering with BLUE Missions Group, a Miami-based non-profit working to help connect families in Latin America with clean water and sanitation. PINCHO will be donating 10 percent of all grand opening sales to benefit BLUE Missions Group.

Bursting onto Miami’s culinary scene nearly nine years ago on the heels of an idea that was shared at a Fourth of July barbeque, cousins Otto Othman, Nedal and Nizar Ahmad have created a unique concept establishing a cult-like community of avid fans over the years.

“Food has fueled our passion for success and we are beyond grateful for our robust following in South Florida,” says Otto Othman, the CEO and co-founder of PINCHO. “We are so excited to bring a PINCHO to Doral, a much-awaited district. Opening 11 locations in less than a decade wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for our loyal guests and devoted team.”

PINCHO’s creative and indulgent menu options range from the popular Toston Burger with its crispy-fried tostons (twice-fried plantain slices), house made cilantro and roasted garlic sauce to the skewers that burst with bold Latin flavors and the fan fave PINCHO dog, 100 percent kosher beef hot dog topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped grilled pineapple, PINCHO sauce, cilantro sauce and papitas (homemade potato sticks) wrapped in a toasted bun.

“From what originally started off as an idea that since has grown to a South Florida fan fave is monumental,” adds Nedal Ahmad. “It’s a humbling experience to have been an integral part of the brand’s creation and now to be opening a location of my own. We are looking forward to being a part of the Doral community.”
