Café Yumm! has announced that guests can now request Cauliflower Rice instead of traditional rice in any signature Yumm! Bowl, Yumm! Wrap, or Yumm! Wrappit. This fresh, veggie-forward ingredient pairs perfectly with the brand’s legendary Yumm! Sauce, organic beans, and Deluxe Toppings. The limited time offer will run through the summer as the restaurants evaluate customer demand.

Cauliflower Rice has steadily gained popularity as a grain alternative in recent years. Made by chopping and steaming whole heads of cauliflower, it offers a lower-calorie, lower-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly option to the classic Café Yumm! menu of rice and bean bowls. The new Cauliflower Rice served at Café Yumm! is also locally grown in the Willamette Valley and Non-GMO Verified.

“We are delighted to offer Cauliflower Rice to our guests,” says Mark Beauchamp, president and co-founder of Café Yumm!. “It’s a great way to add more veggies to any meal, tastes wonderful with our Yumm! Sauce, and is a wholesome option for a variety of diets. Creating beautiful, nourishing food that everyone can enjoy is fundamental to what we do.”

Cauliflower Rice is available now through the end of August at all 23 Café Yumm! restaurant locations in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
