Taco Bell teamed up with Major League Baseball for their seventh “Steal A Base, Steal A Taco” promotion for the 2019 World Series, presented by YouTube TV. On Tuesday night, Trea Turner stole second base during Game 1, scoring a free Doritos Locos Taco for everyone in America and joining the ranks of Taco Heroes like Mookie Betts, Cameron Maybin, Jacoby Ellsbury, Jason Bartlett, Ángel Pagán, Lorenzo Cain and Francisco Lindor.

This year, Taco Bell added some extra flavor to the campaign by partnering for the first time with BetMGM, operated by Roar Digital and MGM Resorts. BetMGM allowed fans to place bets on who they thought would be this year’s “Taco Hero.” Trea Turner was a clear favorite with the highest percentage of all bets placed on him through the BetMGM app in New Jersey. Congratulations to the 17 percent of betters who put their trust in Trea.

On Wednesday, October 30, customers can come pick up their free taco from 2 to 6 p.m.

Fans who are registered on Taco Bell’s website or Taco Bell’s app can redeem their free Doritos Locos Taco online for in-store pickup all day on October 30.
