Newk’s Eatery has gone mobile in Florida with the arrival of its food truck in Jacksonville. The mobile kitchen is part of Newk’s Project Strive Tour, celebrating the brand’s 15th anniversary and mission to set a new standard of excellence in fast-casual food and customer service.

With a giant inflatable Newk’s cup sitting on top, the truck is impossible to miss. The 40-foot mobile kitchen also features top-of-the-line conveyor ovens, hot wells, sinks and refrigeration units, enabling the mobile kitchen to serve all the made-from-scratch meals that have earned the restaurant its stellar reputation for Feeding What Matters.

Newk’s has also exclusively selected their four Jacksonville locations to roll out their gluten-friendly Cauliflower Pizza before it is available nationwide in January. For only a $2 upcharge, Jacksonville residents can enjoy the new permanent menu item before anyone else.
