MOD Pizza released its newest limited-time menu offerings for the winter season. Now available through April 5 at all of MOD’s 465-plus locations are three new items: the “Lucia” pizza, Roasted Sriracha Salad, and OREO Cookie Shake.

The Lucia pizza features a limited-edition spicy Calabrian chili red sauce base, topped with shredded mozzarella, soft ricotta, smoky pepperoni and fresh basil.

The Roasted Sriracha Salad combines mixed greens with spicy and crunchy house-roasted Sriracha chickpeas, hints of basil, sliced red onions, briny feta cheese and roasted red pepper – tossed with a zesty, bright lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Also, to kick off the new year, MOD is also offering a limited-edition OREO® Cookie Shake.

“The spicy red sauce for the Lucia was created with Calabrian chili peppers – a variety of small, but very flavorful chilis from the Calabria region of Southern Italy. They add a wonderful spice to this pizza – and perfectly complement the creamy ricotta and smoky pepperoni,” says Brian Figler, Culinary Manager at MOD Pizza. “The spicy red sauce can also be substituted on any of our MOD classics – an easy way to add a little extra pizazz to any of our MOD classics or your own creation.”
