gusto! creator Nate Hybl and director of operations and strategy Richmond Green announced Justin Clark as the new local operating partner at gusto! Chastain, which is slated to open late March at 4365 Roswell Road, NE at the Roswell-Wieuca Shopping Center. As the former general manager at gusto!’s Chamblee location, Clark brings an intimate knowledge of the brand and a proven track record for elevating the guest experience.
“Justin has already demonstrated his leadership skills and community involvement at our Chamblee location, and he is extremely dedicated to his shop’s performance,” says Hybl. “We’re confident that under Justin’s leadership, gusto! will become a meaningful part of the surrounding neighborhoods.”
The local operating partner program was launched to help gusto!—one of the metro area’s fastest-growing private companies—expand responsibly both around Atlanta and other regional markets, while also providing business-minded leaders an opportunity to run their own business without having to invest their own capital. Partners are charged with driving the success of their shops by investing in their team’s development and being highly involved in their local community.

Born in New Orleans, Clark became enamored of good food as a child after his first bite of crawfish. At 16, he got his foot in the door with an after-school job at Chick-fil-A and soon realized he was destined to carve out a career in the restaurant industry. When he’s not at gusto!, the Alpharetta-based father of three enjoys attending Braves games, hanging out with his children and swimming.
