Although the restaurant industry continues to be deeply affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many are still doing what they can to support their local communities.

Recently, Moe’s Southwest Grill noticed just how ingrained their franchisees are in their local communities. Owners are currently:

Solving issues like food shortages with the creation of Moe’s Market: a new offering, that’s now being implemented across all locations, where consumers can buy food in bulk through the restaurants.

Helping families feed everyone and spend time more together by creating an at-home Taco Kit: the Build Your Own Taco Kit is now available at all locations and offers a full Southwest spread that serves 4-6 people.

Using whatever resources they have to support their local healthcare and essential workers, donating a portion of their sales and partnering with local charities.

These acts of good neighborship inspired Moe’s to create their Good Neighbor social media campaign. In partnership with creative agency Oust, Moe’s is launching a series of videos that spotlight their franchisees to remind us what being a good neighbor means. The campaign kicked off today (4/17), with a video announcing the launch of the campaign and will continue through early May.

Make sure to check out Moe’s social channels (TwitterFacebookInstagram) each Friday for a new franchisee spotlight.
