Starting today, QDOBA is encouraging its guests to honor the everyday heroes in their lives by commenting on the brand’s Instagram account and sharing the person or group, the reason and location of their nominee(s). Nominations are open to anyone and everyone—it could be your local post office, the employees at your go-to grocery store, or simply a friend or relative who has stepped up to help his or her community in some way, shape or form during the pandemic.

QDOBA will be providing burritos to 10,000 heroes in hopes of adding some flavor to each hero’s day and recognizing their contributions during this tough time.

Additionally, to honor its own everyday heroes, QDOBA is giving bonuses to general and assistant managers at all company-operated locations as a measure of appreciation for their work, adaptability, and leadership during this difficult time. Notes Keith Guilbault, CEO of QDOBA: “Our restaurant leaders are everyday heroes, providing an essential service of providing freshly prepared food to the communities in which they serve.” In total, QDOBA will give more than $500,000 in bonuses.
