Portillo’s is celebrating the summer with the launch of its new Strawberry Lemon Cake Shake. This summertime treat accompanies the fan-favorite Lemon Cake and Lemon Cake Shake, which are also making their return for the summer.
The double-layer moist yellow cake is baked fresh daily, then coated with a fluffy, sweet lemon frosting. Cakes can be ordered whole or by the slice.
Similar to Portillo’s signature Chocolate Cake Shake, guests can enjoy a Lemon Cake Shake. For a new twist this summer, Portillo’s is blending its strawberry milkshake with a piece of lemon cake, making a sweet shake pairing to keep guests cool all summer.
Available for a limited time, Portillo’s Lemon Cake, Lemon Cake Shake and Strawberry Lemon Cake Shake can be ordered in the Portillo’s drive-thru, for pickup, or delivery starting on June 16.
