Copper Branch officially announced the appointment of Trish Paterson as Chief Executive Officer.

Trish Paterson is an existing Copper Branch franchise partner and has been with the company for the past four years. She had previously worked as the Commercial Vice President of HP and has extensive international experience. She brings an exceptional level of operational and technical experience, a true passion and dedication to the brand, a strong network in the plant-based community, solid vendor and partner management skills, and a consistent drive for excellence that will help continue to move Copper Branch forward.

Rio Infantino, the founder of Copper Branch and former CEO will continue to be active and work with the administrative team in the role of Chairman of the Board.

Copper Branch is a 100 percent plant-based restaurant chain, with locations currently across Canada, the U.S., and Western Europe, recently passing 65 locations.
