Torchy’s Tacos, the popular Austin-based craft casual taco brand, announced the July Taco of the Month: the Prawn Star. Making its Torchy’s debut, the Prawn Star is sure to be the can’t-miss hit of the summer.
Starring refreshing coconut lime shrimp ceviche with fresh mango, avocado and cilantro all on top of a crispy tandem tortilla (corn and flour) with melted jack cheese, the Prawn Star delivers the type of flavor most people would pay double for. Luckily for taco junkies, Torchy’s is offering this Taco of the Month for only $5.50.
