Beginning August 19, Hardee’s is introducing the new Hot Cakes Breakfast Sandwich and Hot Cakes Breakfast Platter at restaurants nationwide for a limited-time only.
The new Hot Cakes Breakfast Sandwich offers the best of breakfast cravings into one bite, featuring savory sausage and a fluffy folded egg served between two maple hotcakes with a side of syrup. If the best breakfast cravings in the palm of your hand is too much, the new Hot Cakes Breakfast Platter features three golden hotcakes, two folded eggs and a choice of sausage or bacon, served syrup and butter on the side.
In addition to the two nationwide launches, Hardee’s is doubling-down on breakfast innovation by testing a number of new items with the possibility for them to become available nationally, including the Hand Breaded Chicken & Waffle Sandwich and Biscuit Double Cheeseburger for a limited time in select markets.
Hardee’s is also offering guests a way to indulge in their favorite Made From Scratch Biscuits and breakfast sandwiches by testing extended breakfast hours until 2 p.m. in Little Rock, AR and Cedar Rapids, IA. Items available until 2 p.m. will include the Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Sausage & Egg Biscuit, Biscuit & Gravy, Breakfast Frisco and the brand-new Biscuit Double Cheeseburger.

Hand Breaded Chicken & Waffle Sandwich: 100% premium white meat hand breaded breast filet loaded onto a toasted Belgian-style maple waffle and topped with maple butter sauce. Testing in Columbia, SC; Huntsville, AL and Des Moines, IA from August 19 through September 22 for $4.49.
Biscuit Double Cheeseburger: Two charbroiled all-beef patties and melted American cheese on a Made From Scratch Biscuit. Testing in Little Rock, AR and Nashville from August 19 through September 22 for $2.99.
