CoreLife Eatery is expanding its presence once again with a new location in the state of Arizona. The fresh food restaurant chain’s new location is slated to open at 1840 East Warner Rd., Suite 108, in Tempe. The brand, which prides itself in offering simple, fresh ingredients, serves savory dishes that provide nutritious fuel for busy lives.
As part of the CoreLife Eatery mission, each menu item is curated with fresh ingredients that are prepared daily from whole foods. CoreLife uses only grass-fed beef, antibiotic-free chicken and pork and cage-free eggs. All ingredients are free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and additives. The menu features grain bowls, green salads, soups, bone broth and dinner plates featuring roasted vegetables and house-made sides.
New menu additions making their debut at the Tempe location include taco bowls. CoreLife Eatery’s new taco bowls include a protein choice of chicken, steak, pork or tuna on top of purple rice, black beans, roasted peppers and onions, street corn, avocado crema, avocado, pineapple pico de gallo, white cheddar, and green or red salsa. Additionally, new specialty sides include the Buddha Bowl, Buffalo Mac n’ Cheese, and a Brussels Bowl.

The newest CoreLife Eatery location will open its doors to the public with three grand opening events on Tuesday, October 27, Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29, serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 29 will also mark an exciting charity initiative with a “Pay What You Want Day” at the Tempe location, which means that guests will be able to order whatever they want for whatever amount they want to pay, with 100 percent of proceeds benefitting the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
One of the new Tempe location’s managing partners is former NFL player and Arizona resident Adam Archuleta. Archuleta grew up and went to high school in Arizona, going on to graduate from Arizona State University, which happens to neighbor the new CoreLife Eatery location, where he played football all four years. Following college, Archuleta played in the NFL for seven total seasons, five with the St. Louis Rams and one season each with the Washington Redskins and the Chicago Bears. Currently, Archuleta is an NFL Game Analyst at CBS Sports. As a lifelong athlete and with local ties to the community, Archuleta is excited to promote CoreLife Eatery’s commitment to quality ingredients and freshness and has seen firsthand the benefits of eating wholesome, nutritious food.
