Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a national brand known for its Mexican-fusion style cuisine is coming to Clark, New Jersey, this November. The company has been expanding throughout the U.S. and plans to open seven new locations before the end of the year.

The popular Modified-Mex chain was founded in 2008 by seasoned industry veterans, Bill Hart and Paul Altero. Their shared vision was to create something different; a build-your-own-burrito restaurant with fresh ingredients and a strong focus on customer service. With a surf & skate décor & vibe inspired by coastal life, every visit offers a short getaway.

The innovative menu provides customers with six different entrée items including burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, chiwawa, nachos the works, or taco salad. Then, they can choose their protein and their toppings, including eight exclusive Bubbakoo’s sauces, to completely customize each meal. By offering many different options, patrons can create something different every time they visit a location.

Another aspect of this brand is their involvement in the community. Every Bubbakoo’s location participates in a program called “Read It To Eat It,” where they work with local schools to provide free meals to students for continuing education. Many locations also work with local organizations and sports teams to host fundraising events.

“Getting involved in the community is a big priority of mine, I’m thrilled to get to know the people who live here and provide some delicious meals in the process,” says Jalpesh Chokshi, franchise owner of the Clark, NJ Bubbakoo’s Burritos.

The Clark location will open its doors for curbside pickup and delivery on November 20, 2020 at 301 Central Ave, Clark, NJ, and a traditional Grand Opening will follow in the future
