Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh casual, concept that serves nutritious, made-to order meals that are quick and healthy, opened Friday a location in the Town Square Center, according to John Williams Jr., founder and vice president operations.
“We are very excited to bring SoFresh to Westshore Blvd. and be able to serve the area with healthy and made-to-order menu items,” says Williams. “For every meal sold on opening day, we will be donating a meal to the ER Nurses of Tampa General Hospital.”
The franchise operators are Eric & Colin Mathers and this is the first location for the father and son team.
According to Clay Donato, partner and vice president development, SoFresh is projected to add 8 to 10 additional locations in 2021, with expansion throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Georgia.
