Taco Bell’s potatoes are returning to menus on March 11.

Fans can enjoy the beloved potato bites in the Spicy Potato Soft Taco ($1) and the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes ($1.49), or as a substitute for any protein on Taco Bell’s menu. As they were before they left menus last August, the potatoes are American Vegetarian Association-certified vegan.

Taco Bell is giving vegetarians yet another reason to rejoice: Later this month, the $5 Build Your Own Cravings Box will now include more signature vegetarian items, like the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito. With over a dozen different combinations, fans are able to create their meal exactly as they please. Taking customization to another level, the box lets you decide exactly what meal you want—more veggie options now included.

The removal of certain items from menus last year did help improve operations (e.g., drive-thru speeds, ease of ordering, etc.), but it also carved out more menu space for new innovations. These menu updates are just the latest in a series of exciting vegetarian offerings that Taco Bell is planning for 2021 to go above and Beyond in being the go-to stop for vegetarian.
