Mici Handcrafted Italian, a family-owned, fast casual chain based out of Denver, Colorado, will open their sixth location in Colorado Springs, Colorado on April 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM. The newest addition to the Mici Family is located at the corner of N. Carefree and Powers, at 3707 Bloomington Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80922.

To celebrate the opening, Mici Handcrafted Italian will be giving out complimentary 10” Formaggio Pizzas from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. For pick-up only, limit one per person, while supplies last.

The menu features generations-old Italian recipes from sibling founders Jeff, Michael, and Kim Miceli. Mici’s pastas, handcrafted pizzas, salads and gelato are available for dine-in, carryout, catering and delivery—Mici is a welcome addition to the fast-growing Colorado Springs culinary landscape.

In 2017, Mici brought on Partner and CEO Elliot Schiffer. Under this new partnership, the company has already expanded to Lafayette and Parker, Colorado. In adding Colorado Springs to the Mici family, Mici is able to provide secure jobs at a fair wage to 30 new team members—particularly meaningful during a time that is still difficult for those in the restaurant industry.

With steadfast goals of company growth, the Mici team is focused on a national franchising program, and is scouting real estate for company locations seven and eight in Colorado.

President and Founder Jeff Miceli says of the expansion, “Mici is family-oriented and loves being part of tight knit communities like Colorado Springs. Our combination of generations-old family recipes made with high-quality, clean ingredients; and a modern-day convenient style of service are what make Mici so special. The last two years of growth for the brand have been exciting and successful, and we’re looking forward to what is to come!”
