This spring and summer, Taco Del Mar guests will revel in the return of a fan-favorite menu item, the Classic Lobster and Seafood Taco. For those seeking a more exotic kick that will transport them to the tropics without the travel, the chain is also introducing the new Tropical Lobster Taco, both available now at Taco Del Mar restaurants system-wide.

These craveable tacos feature a chilled lobster and seafood salad mixed with onions, serrano peppers and cilantro on warm corn tortillas, served with a wedge of lime and piled high with fresh toppings, making for delicious bites from start to finish. The Classic Lobster and Seafood Taco – back by popular demand – is topped with cabbage, pico de gallo and Taco Del Mar’s iconic tangy Baja white sauce, and the Tropical Lobster Taco is topped with cabbage, mango salsa and refreshing cilantro lime vinaigrette.

“We created these tacos embracing coastal flavors and fresh ingredients to bring the Baja life to our customers in the comfort and accessibility of their local Taco Del Mar,” says Chef Mike Gieseman, Director of Culinary and Innovation for REGO Restaurant Group, which owns Taco Del Mar. “The light and refreshing lobster and seafood salad along with the innovative flavors gives consumers a chance to shake up their typical lunch routine.”

For a limited time only, these Baja-inspired tacos will be available beginning April 20, 2021 and will run through July 12, 2021. Taco Del Mar restaurants are open for pickup and in-store dining, depending on local health ordinances.
