Rocky Mountain Fudge Company, Inc. (OTCBB: RMFI – News) announces the name change of its wholly owned subsidiary from Eveps International Inc. to Wireless Power Controls Inc. (“WPC”).

Management anticipates that WPC will begin operations during the fourth quarter of 2010 in the business of energy management. The Company will disclose developments regarding this initiative as they develop.

Management plans to continue to explore ways to expand the company’s existing business and to investigate alternative business strategies with the intention of identifying, acquiring, or investing in one or more operating businesses with the potential for generating revenues and/or capital gains.
