Boardwalk Burger Signs New Jersey Franchisee

Brian and Barbara Rodak have signed on to develop Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries in New Jersey.

The Rodaks are evaluating real estate sites for their first restaurant in Northern New Jersey.

The Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries concept already has 7 locations open in Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and California and 60 units in development in Virginia, Georgia, California, Michigan, New Jersey, and the Middle East.

Brian , a retired educator, had this to say about the brand, “We chose Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries after we tasted their food. It was one of the best burgers I had ever tasted. The fries were outstanding and in a class by themselves. We are confident that people in our area will welcome and enjoy Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries as much as we do. We were also drawn to the strong franchisee support the brand offers.”

Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries has attracted several restaurant industry veterans to become franchisees, including the former CEO of Caribou Coffee and former COO of Jersey Mike’s.

Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries provides customers with made to order, fresh ground beef burgers and fresh-cut Boardwalk fries cooked in 100 percent peanut oil in a family atmosphere.
