Tubby’s Grilled Submarines is a sponsor of Parkit Family Fun Nights throughout the metro Detroit area. More than 25 ParkIt Family Fun Nights are scheduled for summer 2010, at parks in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties in Illinois. These fun nights in the park include a “Movie Under the Stars.”
“These events are great for families and Tubby’s is proud to be a sponsor,” says Bob Paganes, COO of Tubby’s Grilled Submarines. “In these times families need some free events to enjoy, and if Tubby’s can help that happen then we want to be a part of it.”
ParkIt Family Fun Nights are put on by city parks and recreation departments working
with the folks from Sponsorship Solutions. Sponsors like Tubby’s Grilled Submarines and others cover the cost to put on the event, creating a free event for the cities to offer their residents.
Evenings usually consist of live entertainment followed by a family movie shown on a large screen – under the stars. Tubby’s Grilled Submarines will have a booth at each event with free giveaways. Children will receive the ParkIt Coloring Book at each event filled with pages to color and coupons including a coupon to Tubby’s Grilled Submarines.
