UFood Restaurant Group announced today that its location at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport marks a new franchise relationship with industry leader Robinson Hill Hospitality Group of Chicago.

Robinson Hill Hospitality Group is a premier multi-unit airport restaurant and foodservice operator of notable chains like Ben & Jerry’s and Cheeburger Cheeburger nationwide, as well as a franchisee of Jamba Juice and Johnny Rockets. In addition, Robinson Hill Hospitality Group is an operating partner of Hudson News at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and OTG Management at both O’Hare and Reagan International Airports.

“As a company that seeks out strong brands with integrity, we are excited to enter into this partnership with UFood Grill,” says Robinson Hill Hospitality Group president Dee Robinson Reid. “UFood Grill understands the importance of delivering quality product in a time-sensitive manner – a task paramount to any airport concessions operator. We believe UFood Grill will be a great addition to the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport, as well as a hit with travelers looking for healthful options on-the-go.”

Robinson Hill Hospitality Group anticipates the Cleveland-Hopkins location to be open by Summer 2010, thanks to an aggressive build-out plan scheduled to begin by early April.

The Cleveland location of the Boston-based “better for you” quick-serve restaurant chain UFood Grill marks the company’s continuing growth into the nontraditional airport sector. UFood Grill and its franchisees currently operate locations in Boston’s Logan International Airport and in the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

“This exciting announcement is a testament to our success in our other airport locations, as well as our commitment to growing nontraditional restaurant locations in hospitals, colleges, and travel plazas throughout the United States,” says UFood Grill’s Chairman and CEO George Naddaff.
