RealtyLink LLC announced the sale of a 2,854-square-foot Hardee’s building completed in December 2008 on .71 acres and adjacent to a recently developed Kohl’s, Dick’s, and Staples shopping center in Greenville, South Carolina.
Hardee’s is on a 20-year NNN ground lease with 10 percent rent bumps every five years. The all-cash transaction closed escrow on January 7 for $1,195,000. The buyer was a private investment group out of California completing a 1031 exchange.
