Kikkoman introduces eight new sauces, ingredients and a variety of portion-control to-go packets. From Japanese to Thai, Chinese and Indian, new Kikkoman Asian Sauces feature reliable Kikkoman quality, no added MSG, convenient, resealable easy-pour/easy-store packaging—and are all made in America. Here are some of the new flavors:

A tangy, lemony seasoned soy sauce, ponzu is often served with sushi and sashimi. But Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing can be used in a many dishes, from Asian to Latin to mainstream American.

The Kikkoman Oyster Sauce is made from natural liquor extracted from fresh oysters, combined with naturally brewed soy sauce and a hint of brown sugar and vinegar. A classic ingredient in Cantonese cooking, oyster sauce is best used in Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, as well as Asian foods like rice bowls, wraps, sandwiches and salads. Use it right from the bottle as a condiment, or combine it with stock or water and a touch of sugar to make a quick sauce for vegetables, meat, poultry or seafood.

Kikkoman’s ready-to-use curry sauces:

•Kikkoman Thai Red Curry Sauce is sweet, sour and salty. It includes ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal and garlic, Thai red chiles and coconut milk. It is best recommended with poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu or noodles.
•Kikkoman Thai Yellow Curry Sauce combines the flavors of lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, garlic and Thai red and green chiles. This sauce is best for meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu or noodles.
•Kikkoman Tikka Masala Curry Sauce is good with chicken, fish, vegetables, meat or tofu, or as a sauce for noodles.

Kikkoman Sushi Sauce (Unagi Tare), is traditionally used on grilled sushi and is made with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and rice wine. It can be brushed on grilled foods or used as a dip for fried appetizers or chicken.

Kikkoman Katsu Sauce is an all-purpose table sauce and condiment. It is widely used with steaks, chops, grilled chicken, fried foods and more.

Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin is similar to Kikkoman Salted Mirin, a sweet rice wine for cooking. Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin adds a mild sweetness and glaze to a variety of grilled, broiled, baked and sautéed foods and is easy to blend with other ingredients.

Kikkoman also offers a whole new selection of multi-purpose sauces and condiments, individually portioned in stylish, to-go packets.
