Nathan’s Famous Inc., a New York City tradition for nearly a century, today announced a new multi-year agreement with another New York City tradition extending its partnership with the New York Yankees to provide Nathan’s Famous hot dogs at the new Yankee Stadium.

In addition to continuing to offer its signature world-famous beef hot dogs, in 2009 Nathan’s Famous will be serving its renowned crinkle-cut French fries, as well as other famous food offerings that are served at Nathan’s restaurants.

“Nathan’s hot dogs were first introduced at Yankee Stadium during the 2000 baseball season, and last year nearly 1.5 million Nathan’s hot dogs were sold to fans,” says Eric Gatoff, CEO of Nathan’s Famous Inc. “We look forward to the next 10 years in partnership with the Yankees at the new Yankee Stadium.”

In addition to the sale of Nathan’s products, Nathan’s will receive a permanent infield porch sign. Nathan’s will also receive logo exposure at concession stands, on hawker boxes, and on menu boards.

“We are very excited to continue our long-term Partnership with Nathan’s Famous,” says Michael J. Tusiani, Yankees senior vice president of Corporate Sales & Sponsorships. “The iconic New York City brand’s hot dogs have been available for fans at Yankee Stadium for the past nine years, and we look forward to Nathan’s expanded product line beginning this season.”
