The Americas Division of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) is making its 2009 New Year’s resolutions early. FCSI – The Americas is forging a new path made possible through a partnership with association management company Association Headquarters and brand new Executive Director Stella R. Sytnik.

Beginning in January, Association Headquarters, Inc. (AH), an association management company with more than 30 years of experience, will take over management of FCSI – The Americas. This new strategic partnership will help FCSI – The Americas to achieve a strengthened membership base and greater awareness of the foodservice consultant industry.

“We are ecstatic about this exciting new opportunity that will enable the Americas division of FCSI to grow through this collaboration with AH,” FCSI – The Americas Chair John E. Cornyn says. “We see great synergies in this relationship that will allow our association to continue to thrive for years to come.”

A recognized team builder and business development specialist, Sytnik’s more than 18 years of senior level executive experience will help in propelling FCSI – The Americas forward and in meeting or exceeding its current and future goals. Prior to joining AH, Sytnik worked for 13 years in various positions at Campbell’s Soup Company World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey. She also ran her own company, Waterise Inc., which she built and later merged with Water to Go, the largest bottled water franchisor in North America. She holds American Management Association Certificates in finance and accounting for non-financial managers; and strategies for developing effective presentation skills.

“Working with FCSI – The Americas is really what I’ve been training for throughout my career,” Sytnik says. “I look forward to building upon and strengthening the association as a whole and increasing its brand recognition and membership base.”
