Hiking through Chicago’s McCormick Place along with 70,000-plus other attendees at the annual National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show can be an overwhelming experience. Nonetheless, it is a worthwhile one for restaurant professionals, and well worth the trip.
