Pizza Inn, Inc., announced the successful completion of the relocation of its corporate office, distribution center, training facilities, and test kitchen. The new facilities, which include a 100,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art distribution hub and warehouse, are located on an eleven-acre campus in the Austin Ranch Development in The Colony, Texas, just north of Dallas. The
new headquarters consolidate formerly leased facilities that were located throughout the Dallas area.

“We believe this centralization of our corporate locations into one facility will allow us to become more efficient, more effective, and better able to support our existing and future franchise base,” said Ronnie Parker, the chain’s president. “We anticipate many benefits, particularly regarding franchise services, food and equipment distribution efficiencies, as well as administrative and employee communication benefits. Also, this capital investment provides a favorable long-term occupancy cost ceiling versus continuing escalation of lease costs for several separate locations. We are excited to be one of the first
companies to locate our headquarters in the multi-use Austin Ranch Development, which we believe will soon become one of the Dallas area’s most desirable corporate addresses.”
