Domino’s executive vice president—Build the Brand, Cheryl Bachelder, today announced her resignation, which is effective Friday, December 22, 2000. Bachelder, 44, has been named KFC’s president and chief concept officer.

In the interim, Domino’s Pizza chairman and CEO David Brandon has announced that J. Patrick Doyle, executive vice president of Domino’s Pizza International, Inc., will lead the company’s marketing division until a replacement is named. Brandon has begun an external search for a new leader for the company’s U.S. marketing programs. Doyle joined Domino’s Pizza in 1997 as vice president of marketing. He was appointed to lead the Company’s international division in 1999.

“Our company will be conducting a thorough review of the strategy, structure and effectiveness of our current marketing efforts,” said Brandon.
