font color=”#000000″>Burger King Corporation has announced that beginning January 31, it will offer customers an Italian version of their Chick’n Crisp sandwich. The new sandwich includes the all white meat Chick’n Crisp patty on a sesame seed bun with zesty marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese for .99 cents. This special offer will run until February 20 at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants.

“We recognize that customers enjoy a variety of international foods and that Italian food is a favorite choice with customers across the country,” said Stefan Bomhard, vice president, Brand Marketing, Burger King Corporation, North America. “We wanted to offer a product that identified with this preference.”

The sandwich promotion will be supported with national advertising beginning, Sunday, January 30 and in-restaurant merchandising.

The Chick’ n Crisp sandwich was introduced in 1998 and has since remained a signature product for the Burger King brand and a favorite for customers. The Chick’n Crisp sandwich is comprised of a 3 oz. breaded chicken patty, pickles, and mayonnaise on a sesame seed bun.
