Wienerschnitzel, the world’s largest hot dog chain, has been selected to serve as the official hot dog of Arco Arena in Sacremento. As a part of a three-year agreement, Wienerschnitzel hot dogs, including the “Kings Dog,” will be served in six main concession stands throughout the arena.

“We’re proud to team-up with a great organization like the Sacremento Kings and Arco Arena,” said Tom Amberger, director of marketing for Wienerschnitzel. “This new partnership is a perfect opportunity for Wienerschnitzel to continue promoting its great-tasting hot dog products in new areas, including major sporting venues.”

Wienerschnitzel is celebrating its association with Arco Arena and the Sacremento Kings with radio spots, concession stand signage and an advertisement in the Kings’ official bimonthly magazine, Fanfare. Wienerschnitzel will also sell its hot dogs at approximateely 200 events planned at Arco Arena in 2000.

Founded in 1961 with a single hot dog stand in Wilmington, California, Wienerschnitzel now serves more than 84 million hot dogs annually. Based in Newport Beach, California, Wienerschnitzel has more than 300 stores in 10 states.
