McDonald's awarded Henny Penny Corporation the 2010 Worldwide Equipment Partnership of the Year at the McDonald's Equipment Supplier Summit.

Henny Penny's win is attributed to the introduction of the new LVE Series 200 fryer – designed specifically for the high-volume needs of McDonald's restaurants.

"Our partnership with McDonald's is greatly valued and we are sincerely honored to have this recognition," says Rob Connelly, president of Henny Penny Corporation. "This award is a true testament to the innovative thinking running throughout our organization at all levels. It has been a pleasure to work with McDonald's for more than 30 years, and we look forward to helping them continue as the global QSR leader."

In addition to the 2010 Worldwide Equipment Partnership of the Year title, Henny Penny has won two additional McDonald's awards in as many years. In 2009 Henny Penny was named McDonald's Worldwide Equipment Supplier of the Year, and in 2008 the company received McDonald's Innovation Award for invention of the LOV.

The business relationship between Henny Penny and McDonald's goes back more than 30 years in supplying holding and frying equipment.

Henny Penny continues more than 50 years of innovation that began in Eaton, Ohio, with the first commercial pressure fryer in 1957. Today, Henny Penny offers a wide range of foodservice equipment designed for easier operation, greater flexibility, and lower operating costs.

Product lines include pressure and open fryers, combi ovens, rotisseries, holding cabinets, and display merchandisers. These products and complete start-up, service, training, and technical support, are available through Henny Penny's exclusive worldwide distributor network.
