Saladworks opened its fifth Delaware store in the Millcreek Shopping Center at 4565-4567 Kirkwood Highway on August 30. The Millcreek Saladworks is owned and operated by Joe Mignone of Moorestown, New Jersey. Mignone is a seasoned Saladworks franchisee; he will be opening his third location in 2012.
“I am thrilled to be a multiple-unit operator, and am excited about the brand now more than ever,” Mignone says. “With Saladworks' new 3G model, the look is as fresh as the product. ”

A fusion of fresh and healthy menu items along with passionate customer service define the experience every guest has at a Saladworks location. Saladworks offers all fans the opportunity to create their own fresh salad, which is then prepared in front of them by a Saladworks team member. They can also choose from one of 12 Signature Salads. All of Saladworks offerings are chopped fresh daily in every location across the county. The chain also offers proprietary soups, wraps, paninis, and Focaccia Fusion sandwiches.
